CAP (Career Advancement Program)
CAP (Career Advancement Program) is a professional development program designed for Teammates within Team Horner® Group to learn the basics about various aspects of the pool/spa industry. Classes are held once a month, and Teammates can “earn while they learn”. Customers are welcome to attend most classes as indicated: “OPEN TO CUSTOMERS”
