1.   This warranty includes parts and on-site labor charges to remove, repair, or replace defective
      components or failures due to workmanship.
2.   This warranty does not include transportation charges for equipment or component parts to, or
      from, the Manufacturer. The owner/operator shall be responsible for any travel charges
      imposed by the warranty center or servicing agent.
3.   At its sole discretion, the Manufacturer reserves the right to replace defective parts with new or
      refurbished replacement parts. Replacement parts (excluding replacement cells) and the
      associated labor are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days or the end of the original
      equipment term, whichever is greater.
4.   Cell replacements (parts only) are warranted for a period of one (1) year or the end of the original
      term, whichever is greater. Replacement cell labor is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days,
      or the end of the original term, whichever is greater.
5.   Claims for warranty reimbursement must have prior authorization by the Manufacturer and be
      performed by a Factory Authorized Service Center.
6.   This warranty is void if the product is repaired or altered in any way by any persons or
      agencies other than those authorized by the Manufacturer, and is in lieu of all other warranties,
      expressed or implied, written or oral.
7.   The use of parts other than genuine Manufacturer parts will void this limited warranty.
8.   This warranty is applicable only if the product has been installed, operated, and maintained
      expressly and completely in accordance with the product’s Owner/Installation manual. These
      documents are furnished with each product and are available online at www.autopilot.com.
      Additional copies are available upon request by contacting the Manufacturer.
9.   Failure of Customer to properly monitor and maintain the pool water’s chemical balance can
      create a situation which could negatively affect the performance of the product and thus void
      this limited warranty. Pool water must be tested regularly and maintained properly in order to
      ensure its chemical balance. Excessive chlorination is known to cause corrosion in pool
      metals. Deterioration, discoloration or brittleness of pool surfaces, including but not limited to
      plaster and vinyl liners, can be caused separately by, or in combination with, age, the
      environment, an imbalance in pool water chemistry, improper installation, sunlight and other
      factors. Customer hereby releases Manufacturer from all claims for damages to any pool
      plaster, vinyl liner or metals in Customer’s pool by reason of the use and/or operation of the
      product.
10. The liability of the Manufacturer shall not exceed the repair or replacement of defective parts
      under the referenced limited warranty term and shall not include consumables.
11. This warranty does not include damage due to freezing conditions, negligence or abuse,
      installations in corrosive environments or atmospheres, nor acts of God.
12. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that apply
      to this product. Under no circumstances shall the Manufacturer be liable for any loss, damage,
      or injury, whether direct, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use
      this product. In addition, each pool/spa has its own individual purifying requirements. This
      limited warranty does not warrant that this product will supply 100% of the purifying
      requirements for any specific pool/spa.
13. At the option of the Manufacturer, the Owner may be required to return the product to the
      factory, freight prepaid, to provide warranty service. This may become necessary if the product
      was installed in an area not supported by authorized factory service.
14. No dealer, distributor, or other similar person has any authority to make or extend any
      warranties or representations concerning Manufacturer’s products beyond the expressed terms
      contained herein. Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any warranties beyond the
      expressed terms contained in this limited warranty. Customer releases and holds Manufacturer
      harmless from any claims stemming from any unauthorized representations.
15. This limited warranty is for product installed and used in swimming pools and spas only.
      Installation and use in any other application voids this warranty unless specifically authorized
      by Manufacturer.
16. The foregoing limited warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights which may vary from
      state to state, and accordingly, some of the listed conditions and exclusions may not apply to
      Customers living in certain states. Any dispute between Customer and Manufacturer will be
      settled by binding arbitration, conducted in Pinellas County, Florida, under the rules of the
      American Arbitration Association, and an award of attorney’s fees and costs will go to the
      prevailing party.

This Limited Warranty applies to the following chlorinator models (all versions and voltages) purchased and installed within the contiguous United States after November 1, 2009. This warranty shall begin upon the date of purchase as verified by the owner/operator’s proof of purchase documents. In lieu of owner documents, the warranty initiation date shall be sixty (60) days from date of manufacture (as verified by factory production records). AquaCal AutoPilot, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Manufacturer”) warrants the following models (hereafter referred to as "product"), to the original owner and installation site, to be free of material or workmanship defects for a limited term.

1.   This warranty includes parts and on-site labor charges to remove, repair, or replace defective

      whichever is greater.

The purchaser ("Customer") has purchased a "Pool Pilot" Water Purification System ("Unit") for use in swimming pool environments only. The Unit manufacturer, AutoPilot Systems, Inc., St. Petersburg, FL USA ("Manufacturer"), hereby provides a limited warranty to Customer as follows:

FOR RESIDENTIAL AUTOPILOT PRODUCTS: CELLS REPLACED WITHIN THE WARRANTY TERM LIMIT WILL BE WARRANTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY TERM OR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF REPLACEMENT, WHICHEVER IS LONGER. PURCHASED (BEYOND WARRANTY) REPLACEMENT CELLS WILL CARRY THE SAME ORIGINAL CELL WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

LABOR COVERAGE: POWER SUPPLY - TWO (2) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. CELL - (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRAVEL CHARGES IMPOSED BY WARRANTY CENTER OR SERVICING AGENT. FOR ANY REPAIRS AFTER WARRANTY EXPIRATION, CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL LABOR AND TRAVEL CHARGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CHARGES INCURRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS.       imbalance in pool water chemistry, improper installation, sunlight and other factors. Customer
      hereby disclaims all claims, and releases Manufacturer from all claims for damages to any
      pool plaster or vinyl liner in Customer's pool by reason of the use and/or operation of the Unit.
      Customer represents and agrees that any claims which it may assert against Manufacturer
      shall be limited to those which may be asserted under the foregoing limited warranty.
5.   Under no circumstances shall Manufacturer be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct,
      consequential or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use the Unit in Customer's
      pool. In addition, each pool/spa has its own individual purifying requirements. This limited
      warranty does not warrant that this product will supply 100% of the purifying requirements for
      any specific pool/spa.
6.   This limited warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, damage, defect, or malfunction of the
      Unit or failure to function resulting from any failure to operate or maintain the Unit in
      accordance with the directions contained in the Owner's Manual or operating instructions
      provided by the Manufacturer; or any injury, loss, damage, defect, or malfunction, or failure to
      function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the Unit by anyone other than
      Manufacturer, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or
      negligence by anyone other than Manufacturer including but not limited to such damages or
      injuries to parts resulting from improper installation, or damage,defect or malfunction resulting
      from defects in, failure or malfunction of, or negligence, abuse, or misuse with respect to
      equipment other than the Unit, or any damage or loss ofany nature whatsoever and personal
      injury caused due to the presence of a foreign object in or about the pool.
7.   This limited warranty is applicable only if the Unit is purchased from an AutoPilot Dealer. If
      Customer is uncertain as to whether the seller of the Unit is an AutoPilot Dealer, Customer
      should call (727) 823-5642 before purchase for verification.
8.   This limited warranty shall apply only to Customer as an original purchaser of the Unit from an
      AutoPilot Dealer and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient
      of the Unit from Customer.
9.   No dealer, distributor or other similar person has any authority to make any warranties or
      misrepresentations concerning Manufacturer's products, its Unit or to extend this warranty
      beyond the express terms contained herein. Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any
      warranties beyond the expressed terms contained in this limited warranty. Customer releases
      and holds Manufacturer harmless from any claims stemming from any unauthorized
      representations.
10. This limited warranty shall be void if Customer modifies the Unit in any respect including but not
      limited to the use of parts other than genuine AutoPilot parts.

5.   Under no circumstances shall Manufacturer be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct,
      consequential or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use the Unit in Customer's
      pool. In addition, each pool/spa has its own individual purifying requirements. This limited
      warranty does not warrant that this product will supply 100% of the purifying requirements for
      any specific pool/spa.
6.   This limited warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, damage, defect, or malfunction of the
      Unit or failure to function resulting from any failure to operate or maintain the Unit in
      accordance with the directions contained in the Owner's Manual or operating instructions
      provided by the Manufacturer; or any injury, loss, damage, defect, or malfunction, or failure to
      function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the Unit by anyone other than
      Manufacturer, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or
      negligence by anyone other than Manufacturer including but not limited to such damages or
      injuries to parts resulting from improper installation, or damage, defect or malfunction resulting
      from defects in, failure or malfunction of, or negligence, abuse, or misuse with respect to
      equipment other than the Unit, or any damage or loss of any nature whatsoever and personal
      injury caused due to the presence of a foreign object in or about the pool.
7.   This limited warranty is applicable only if the Unit is purchased from an AutoPilot Dealer. If
      Customer is uncertain as to whether the seller of the Unit is an AutoPilot Dealer, Customer
      should call (727) 823-5642 (U.S.A.) before purchase for verification.
8.   This limited warranty shall apply only to Customer as an original purchaser of the Unit from an
      AutoPilot Dealer and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient
      of the Unit from Customer.
9.   No dealer, distributor or other similar person has any authority to make any warranties or
      misrepresentations concerning Manufacturer's products, its Unit or to extend this warranty
      beyond the express terms contained herein. Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any
      warranties beyond the expressed terms contained in this limited warranty. Customer releases
      and holds Manufacturer harmless from any claims stemming from any unauthorized
      representations.
10. This limited warranty shall be void if Customer modifies the Unit in any respect including but not
      limited to the use of parts other than genuine AutoPilot parts.
11. The foregoing limited warranty gives Customer specific legal rights which may vary from country
      to country, and accordingly, some of the listed conditions and exclusions may not apply to
      Customers living in certain states.
12. These warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied,
      including the warranties of merchantability or fitness. Any such implied warranty imposed by
      law is limited in duration to one (1) year from date of purchase.
13. Customer represents and agrees that any claims which it may assert against Manufacturer
      shall be limited to those which may be asserted under the foregoing limited warranty.
14. Any dispute between Customer and Manufacturer will be settled by binding arbitration,
      conducted in Broward County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association,
      and an award of attorney's fees and costs will go to the prevailing party.
15. At the option of the manufacturer, the owner may be required to return the product to the
      factory, freight prepaid to provide warranty service.

AUTOPILOT PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED FOR USE IN SWIMMING POOLS. INSTALLATION AND USE IN ANY OTHER APPLICATION VOIDS THIS WARRANTY.
